During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with many key attractions within walking distance. the helpful male receptionist went out of his way to provide us with detailed directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also appreciated his excellent customer service skills.

With a significant percentage of the hotel's guests being foreign, we feel it would be beneficial for all staff members to have basic English language skills to ensure efficient communication and guest satisfaction.
